  • 【职位描述】

    1)审核公司各项规章制度、劳资纠纷规定、协议等,提出法律意见,预防法律风险,确保其符合法律法规的强制性规定。

    2)完善公司合同管理制度,确保合同起草、审核、签订、履行、终止、归档等有序进行,确保合同审核流程全面严谨 。

    3)负责公司日常对外合同的审核并出具法律意见,确保其格式正确、适用法律正当、符合公司利益。

    4)参与公司中长期项目的前期调查,对项目的推进做一些基础调研、资料收集工作,要有强烈的风险防控意识,配合项目组成员,提出合理合法化的建议。

    5)其他法律支持。


    【任职资格】

    1)法律专业全日制本科及以上学历,经济法专业优先;
